Quality control at GUREN is built into the production flow rather than added on at the end. Every unit passes three checkpoints:
- Incoming inspection — incoming materials, machined parts and purchased components are checked against drawing before they enter the workshop.
- In-process inspection — dimensions and fits are verified during machining and assembly, at the station where the work happens.
- Final testing — each assembled slip ring goes through dielectric withstand and insulation resistance testing on a HIPOT tester, followed by contact resistance measurement and a rotation check.
Results are recorded per unit, so a delivered slip ring can be traced back to its build.
