GUREN’s factory is located in Bao’an District, Shenzhen, and covers approximately 2,000 m². Machining, assembly, testing and warehousing are all on one site, which keeps process control and lead times short.

• CNC machining centre — precision machining of shafts, housings and end caps, and on-demand customised parts.
• Assembly workshop — dedicated stations for brush-block assembly, wiring and final assembly of each slip ring.
• Testing area — dielectric withstand and insulation resistance testing on a HIPOT tester, plus contact resistance checks before packing.
• Warehouse — components and finished goods stored by series.

Small-batch and non-standard orders are part of our normal work: most customised units are built to drawing, and prototype quantities are welcome.
