Manufacturing, assembly and testing
- Machining, assembly and dielectric testing are carried out in-house.
- Every unit receives a full insulation (dielectric) test before shipment.
- Custom work flows from requirement review → drawing → sample → production, with the drawing confirmed before production starts.
- Standard configurations typically ship in about one week; custom units follow the confirmed drawing and quantity.

Standard configurations use 6, 12, 18, 24 or 36 circuits. Custom units go up to 200 circuits. Above 36 circuits the frame size increases, so the available space should be confirmed first.

20 A per ring on the electrical series. Above that, parallel rings are used. The mercury (liquid metal) series covers 25 A to 450 A on a single channel.
Which ingress protection ratings are available?
IP51, IP65 and IP68. The right class depends on the environment — tell us the conditions and we will recommend.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One piece, including custom configurations. Many customers start with a single unit for bench testing before a production run.

How long is the life expectancy?
Through-bore electrical series are offered in three tiers: 20, 50 and 80 million revolutions, selected at order. The mercury series and fiber optic series have different mechanical limits and are specified per model.
