WX22-8PS

The WX22-8PS is a capsule slip ring from the WX series, built as a compact stack of discs for small rotating joints where radial and axial space are both limited. This model carries 8 circuits / 2A per circuit / 22 mm OD.

Typical applications: robot wrists and end effectors, sensor heads, camera turrets, small rotary tables and test fixtures where a through-bore unit will not fit.

Selection notes: capsule units are built to the circuit count required, rather than to a fixed standard grid, so slight variations in channel count do not require a custom redesign. Lead wires and connectors are specified per project. Life expectancy for this family is 0.5 to 2 million revolutions, which suits light to moderate duty rather than continuous multi-year operation.

Custom circuit counts, lead lengths, connector types and mounting flanges are quoted on request, and in-house machining keeps lead times short for both standard and modified units.
